Try these next few things when you feel at doubt with yourself:~
- Show your true colors....show the world that you are who you are! People who care about you will love you for who you ARE, and not for who you are supposed to be!~
- Be true to yourself....stand up for what you believe in and for your opinions!~
- Do your best every day....don't be a quitter!~
- Believe in yourself....if you can't trust yourself, then who can?~
- Look in the mirror every day and tell yourself that you love yourself!~
- Always find good things to say about yourself....it is easier than you think!~
- Put your arms around yourself and give yourself a big hug!~
- Show pride in yourself....it doesn't matter who you are....you are special!~
- Spoil yourself! Do something nice for yourself....something you really enjoy! Take some time away from the world if you need to!~
- Always remember that you know yourself best....you know your needs, your strengths and weaknesses. Use this knowledge to do good for yourself and for others!~
- Don't let others fill your head full with negativity. Stay positive, but at the same time try to help others to feel positive too!~
- Believe in your dreams! Don't let anyone take them away from you or belittle you for having dreams!~
- Don't worry about what other people might think or say about you. People will always find something to talk about, and worrying about it will only make you unhappy. If you show them that you don't care what they say or think, they will soon leave you alone.~
- Don't let people spoil your happiness! Unfortunately there are lots of people who can't stand it if someone else is happy or has a success in life, and they will be jealous and let you feel it. Don't worry about it....it's their problem....not yours!~
- Be unique! If we all were the same, how boring would this world be! And remember, there is only one *YOU* in the whole world!~
- And tell yourself at least once a day "I AM WHO I AM!"
